Literary Walk with Readings about Chester

Book now and pay Tour Guide, John Wolfenden, who will lead this walk from the North Wall to the River Dee. At each stop along the way, John will read from what well-known visitors have written about Chester in that area; writers such as Daniel Defoe, Dr Johnson, George Borrow, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Charles Dickens, and Henry James will be included. An entertaining variety!
Meet in the Visitor Information Centre at the Town Hall for this two-hour walk, which includes steps. Takes place 26 June at 14:30. Book now, pay tour guide. Costs: £8 adult, £7 concession (in full time education, retired) and £20 family (2 adults & 2 children under 16).
